Old German Jointed Heavy Composition Ornament, "Foxy Grandpa" Comic Character, 5 " tall, circa 1900 (in first comic strip on Jan. 7, 1900.) Nice condition with some minor scuffs/age marks. Someone "re-strung" his arms and legs long ago, I think, but they move fine.
