RARE Old German Hand-Carved Gnome Jumping Jack Ornament

RARE Old German Hand-Carved Gnome Jumping Jack Ornament, Beard Lifts, Circa 1890 - 1910.  He is 7 1/4" tall and 6 1/4" wide across the arms. Great Condition! From the "Black Forest" area of Germany famous for hand-carved wooden cuckoo clocks and other items. You can tell this item is hand-carved by the angular cuts. Colors are red and green in a harlequin pattern, very artistic! If you pull down on the center string at the bottom, his beard flies up and down! The wooden back is attached with the early rounded-head nails.
